Community & Outreach

Our Community Outreach programs were established to assist with our parishioner's needs during difficult times. If you are in need of help, please see our services offered below. If you are interested in volunteering to help, please visit our participation page for more information.

Are you recently bereaved, or struggling with grief over a loss? Your parish family does not want you to be alone as you walk this difficult path! We can provide a listening ear, simple reading information on grief, information on area grief support groups, and contact information for individual grief counseling.

Contact us if you need temporary assistance for rent, food or utility bills. Also, please fill in the online form below to inform us if a parishioner has recently moved to a nursing home, is in the hospital, or is unable to leave his or her home.
