Lower Allegheny Valley Faith Formation Registration

Thank you for registering for Faith Formation classes.
Our new program will be meeting monthly on Sundays following the 11:00 AM Mass or
Wednesday evenings following the 6:30 PM Mass at St. Joseph church. Following Mass we will
gather downstairs for hospitality and catechesis for the family. We will divide into three meeting
areas.
Please register for the best week for your family.
Families will come once a month (on their chosen Sunday/Wednesday) and home study as a
family throughout the rest of the month.

The registration fee is $60.00 per student, max $200 per family.

Instructions
Please register each student and PARENT that will be attending from your family for the Sunday or Wednesday once a month. PARENTS you will need to add yourself as a student, for Grade use the dropdown choice Adult Formation at the bottom of the list and then choose the Sunday or Wednesday selection. By registering parents as students this will give us a more accurate count for maximum number allowed in a space. Registration fee is $60.00 per student (parent excluded) and a max of $200.00 for a family. We will begin in September with meetings for the parents only. You may pay the registration fee at the parent meeting or mail it to the church office at St. Joseph 342 Dorseyville Rd. 15215, or drop in the collection basket at Mass. (note on envelope registration fee). Make checks payable to St. Joseph Parish.
