Welcome to our Parish!
Saint Scholastica, located in Aspinwall, PA, is a Roman Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Since 1907, we have served the boroughs of Aspinwall, Fox Chapel, and part of O'Hara Township.Christ, Risen and Glorified, is the center of our lives and the source of all our hope. The Sacraments of the Church form us as God’s People and energize us so that we can be light and salt to the world God created.
I welcome your interest and involvement in our faith community of St. Scholastica. Feel free to contact any of us, who can be of service to you. We extend an invitation for you to join us at Sunday Mass and experience for yourself our worshiping community. Come and see.

Saturday, January 2, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AMThis group was formed to pray for and reach out to families and parishioners who no longer worship with us. We meet monthly to pray to the Holy Spirit, ask for the intercession of St. Monica and her son, St. Augustine, and to study and discuss ways to reach out to others. The Society sends cards to homebound parishioners, those in nursing homes, and long-time parishioners who have moved away.Read More

Wednesday, January 6, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PMThe committee facilitates St. Scholastica Parish’s financial support of students at Good Samaritans School in St. Marc, Haiti, and offers events and resources to increase our understanding of Haiti and our solidarity with the needy people of Haiti.Read More

The dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains in effect. Our Mass will continue to be available online for those who cannot attend in person.
